ABOUT US
We are a state-of-the-art facility geared toward complete general and cosmetic dental care for all ages. We treat our patients in an informal and stress-free environment. We understand that visiting the dentist can, at best, be unnerving; so, we do all we can to make our patients feel in control and comfortable.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:
In our office, any and all treatments that we recommend are based on the patient's individual needs. They are presented in detail so that patients can understand why and how the treatments are  done. We explain which parts of the treatment are necessary for optimal dental health, and which are optional or more esthetically oriented. Everything we recommend or do is aimed at our patients' long-term dental health.

SERVICES:
We provide all general dental services that include gum care, white fillings, onlays, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, wisdom teeth, gum surgery, implants, children's dentistry, in-office whitening, bonding, porcelain veneers, dentistry asleep and many other services. We also make necessary referrals to other dental specialists (i.e. Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons.)  HOURS: We offer  day, evening and occasional Saturdays appointments for your convenience. 

YOUR FIRST VISIT: 
Your first visit is about one hour long. During this visit the dentist, Dr. Vlad Shustov, with the help of the dental hygienist and dental assistant will thoroughly examine your gums and teeth, take any necessary x-rays, discuss all findings with you and provide you with an itemized treatment plan of any work that may be required. At the end of this appointment, we will schedule you for any subsequent visits. We will also fill out all the insurance claim forms for you where applicable. 

PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICES:
In order to maintain the highest quality of care to our patients, our office operates on a fee-per-service basis. The fee for the treatment is due on the day that the treatment is rendered. If you have dental insurance our staff will fill out the dental claim forms and submit them via modem to your insurance company (where applicable) or give them to you, to be mailed to your insurance company.  When the claims are submitted via modem you will generally receive a cheque from your insurance company within three to five business days. In some situations, when the cost of the treatment is substantial or a patient is on a limited budget we may arrange an interest-free payment plan to suit our mutual needs. We attempt to do everything in our power in order for you to be able to afford and receive the dental treatment that you need when you need it.  

CLOSING STATEMENT: 
Please remember, that a healthy mouth means a healthy body. It does not take a lot of effort, time or money to maintain it. Yet dental neglect is like a snow ball - the more you procrastinate, the more time, the more effort and money it will take to correct the problems.
